Our History >> Since GrupFer has started its way into the world of real estates in 1972, many and very varying projects were carried out enabling us to gain the confidence of thousands of our customers. The first promotions of GrupFer focused on buildings, like Eros, Balmoral, Calamayor or Royal Savoy, in order to tackle later officially promoted projects like “Es Rafal”. Promotions of other products were added to, whereby urbanisations and residential complexes or shopping centres are to be emphasize. |
